Review by hotel critic
During our family vacation at Ramada Pikesville/Baltimore North, we appreciated the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere tailored for families. Despite minor room issues, our stay was generally positive. As an eco-resort reviewer from Vancouver who merges hiking and photography into my work, I was drawn to the hotel's proximity to Stevenson University and Pimlico Race Course. This location allowed for convenient outings to the historic district, including the National Aquarium, and Pimlico Racetrack, home of the Preakness horse race. Our daughters enjoyed the opportunity to see sports events at M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards, creating lasting memories. The free breakfast, although limited, provided a good start to our days exploring the area. Staff were courteous, and the overall experience was budget-friendly. If Ramada upgrades certain aspects, it could truly excel as a family-friendly destination.
